Noby Tharian, is an international management executive with more than 2 decades of rich experience in the ICT industry. Now settled in Amsterdam in Netherlands, he started his 25-year career as a software developer and went on to perform the role of a Business Analyst and other senior positions for many major banks in Europe. His last stint was with ABN Amro Bank, Amsterdam as a Senior Business Analyst. A people’s person, Noby is acknowledged for his people management skills and effervescent nature. In his free time, he indulges himselves in long-distance running and also plays guitar for a local band. At Eurtree, Noby will look after Business Development and Client Relations apart from heading its Europe operations.
Aroop.R. Nair is a renowned International Recruiter based out of India. He has more than 10 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. He is best known in the business circles for his HR best practices, recruiting acumen and also his ability to manage a transparent and legally compliant full-cycle recruitment process for emergency responses and regular operations. He works in partnership with hiring managers of companies to attract talent and diverse workforce from different parts of the globe. He also works very closely with the embassies and consulates of various countries in India for assisting aspiring candidates/students for visa documentation and submission procedures. Aroop will look after the entire recruitment portfolio of Eurtree outside the EU.
